Lich King Trial - Blue Tracker

I downloaded the lich king trial and then updated to the actual version and bought more gametime, but its still active, is there a way to remove the trial and start lvling?

I show the account you are posting under has not been upgraded to Wrath of the Lich King, Ghostydoom. How did you upgrade the account? Is it possible you may have upgraded the wrong account?

im sorry, one account is lich king trial, which i upgraded to the full version, and the other is the public test realm, i bought the full game and put in the code and the account status says pending in my billing list, so i have no clue what has happened. i know this is the right account, because i havent even made a char on the PTR

The pending is likely the issue. It can take a little while for an upgrade to fully process.

With maintenance today, that could conceivably extend that a bit longer than normal.

It should go through within 72 hours. It normally doesn't take that long, but it sometimes can.
