During the Paid Character Transfer process you will have the opportunity to not only choose the realm, but also the account the character will transfer to, if applicable. The cost is $25.00 for a Paid Character Transfer regardless if you transfer to another realm and to another account at the same time.

The cost for a Race Change is also $25.00. The only recommendation I would have is to wait until one service has completed successfully before attempting the other. For example, you may wish to perform the Character Transfer first, be sure you can log into that character successfully, and then perform the Race Change.

If the names on the accounts are different, specifically the last name, you will be unable to transfer the character to the other account as intended.

However, as the other posters have stated, Account Services may be able to accommodate your request depending on the circumstance.

Before you decide to purchase all the games again, Corbenik, you may wish to give Account Services a ring to address the situation with someone verbally. The representative would be able to view both accounts in question and advise you on if an exception could be made.

Keep in mind that today is maintenance day and Account Services may have limited access to the tools necessary to assist you completely.
