Tech support complaint

Ok, I can't seem to get a hold of any of the customer service reps, so I'm going to leave my message here. I have a complaint about one of your employees in the technical support department. Nobody seems to care in the tech support forum either.

First off, I call tech support, and am put on hold for 50 minutes. That alone is unacceptable, but when I finally get a hold of someone, he asks me what the problem is, I tell him my computer is downloading WotLK at an incredibly slow pace (50 kb/s). It starts out at 1 MB/s then gradually slows down to a snail's pace. This guy proceeds to try to argue with me about all of the things it could be on my end, and I end up having to hang up on him because he's clearly incompetent and doesn't know what he's talking about (all the things he mentioned, I either checked or shouldn't be a problem in the first place since they haven't been problems for any other downloads I've done). This guy is a jerk. I didn't catch his name, but if you folks up at customer service need any info for me to find out who this jerk is, I will gladly give it to you.

Have a talk with this guy. For the sake of all WoW players who have to deal with him in the future.

Zyriel, you may send your feedback to [email protected] with the subject line: Attention Senior – Feedback. The e-mail will be forwarded onto the direct supervisor of the representative that you dealt with. For this particular case, I have taken the liberty of tracking down the rep and forwarding your post onto their senior. That being the case, I am going to lock this thread down.
