Cannot Character Transfer - Mail issue

I wanted to transfer my rogue character on my other account to a new realm and this account i'm posting on.

I checked my mail on the rogue and I had no new mail, but I didn't realise you had to delete mail that was grey.

The issue i'm having is that my other accounts gametime ran out yesterday, so I cannot login to my rogue and delete the grey mail so I can transfer my toon.

Can a GM ingame delete my mail for me, so I can transfer my toon across. what would be the process of doing that, or do I make an ingame ticket?

The rogue is Vedivh on Aman'thul Night elf male.
