Problem with game card

my other acc. is out of time and has been for quite some time now. so i went to the closest walmart and bought a 60 day pre-paid game card. so i go home and im puting in the coad and click i agree. and this pops up

what do i do i have tryed about 9 times. need help bad.

I wanted to check and make sure the error you are receiving was not stemming from the game card having been activated on your account the first attempt. Unfortunately, that was not the case. That being said, I am going to require you to contact Billing & Account Services to get this sorted out.

Hours of Operation: 7AM to 8PM PST— Wednesday through Tuesday
