Purchased Digital Copy of WoW, but have trial

I very recently purchased a digital copy of vanilla WoW, then upgraded to Burning Crusade. After logging in this character I noticed I couldn't trade with others, nor accept guild invites. When trying to accept the invite I get the message that says I do not have permission to do this. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Glad we could get to the bottom of this, NatashÃ¡. All of the information provided above is spot on. The 72 hour period is a preventative measure to make sure that the player trying to create an account is legitimate. As unfortunate as it may be this is also to protect our real players in more ways than one.
