Cannot cancel subscription.

Hi there,

Nice and simple question here - I'm trying to cancel my subscription to the game, yet it won't let me.

It keeps looping and looping telling me to give you a reason why, I have done so, and even written additional comments to explain why.

However, I've tried this about 10 times now, and it just won't do anything.

Every four times I try, it tells me to login again, and the process just loops and loops.

Can someone please tell me what to do?

EDIT: Forgot I was paying through my credit card now and not PayPal.. there goes that avenue.

Are you trying to cancel the account you are posting from, Estelwen? If not, can you please provide me a character name and realm on the account you wish to cancel?

We are experiencing some intermittent issues with the game which may be affecting Account Management as well, but I was able to cancel the account as requested. If you have further questions, please update the thread. :)
