Five Day Wait

Just wondering if the email I sent about character recovery on the 7th... Actually it's probably only been 9days and so many hours. It explained all in detail of what happened and the typical name/server/(horrid)gear information.
Just looking for a basic information update, I know that Character/Item recovery on any scale can take a while, just hoping that I sent it to the right spot and what not.
