Hacked and suspended with a password change

My husband was in the battlegrounds and got disconnected. When he tried to log back on he got an invalid password. He checked his email and got a password reset notification which he didn't authorize. He reset the password immediately and tried to log in to his account it say it's been suspended. Why? He has had his account for 5 years, and never once gotten suspended. Now it says it's suspended. right before he got disconnected in battle grounds he got a pst from someone trying to say he was suspended if he didn't click on this website. He didn't go to the website, but still got suspended and now they are sending him password reset's in his email. he's played this game for 5 years and never once gotten suspended for anything. He's also still getting password resets in his email. Not sure what to do here. Have gotten 3 changes so far.
