Whenever I try to Summon the Frost Wyrm Mount it says " You can't use this now."

Can someone tell me whats happening?

That is very true, though another common cause of this is an issue with the person's User Interface.

Jonystwo, try disabling any addons you are using and try again. If that does not work you may need to reset your User Interface completely but give that a try.
