Blizzard has a team dedicated to Internal Affairs, and we treat any claims of misconduct very seriously.

Gonners, I appreciate you bringing your concerns here and helping us remain accountable for our decisions. We have been reviewing this case in detail here.

PvP for World of Warcraft is designed to allow players a reasonable PvP solution to attacks on their city. Instance lines within capital cities are not intended to allow players to dodge combat and 'blink' in and out of PvP situations. Using them extensively in this fashion is akin to using rooftops or other areas where players cannot reasonably access attackers. As such, players found to be using this mechanic exploitatively may receive warnings or similar followup from Blizzard Game Masters.

Gonners, when the GM contacted you, he respectfully requested that you stop using the instance line in this fashion. Further action was only taken when you refused to follow these instructions, both verbally as well as through the actions of your character.

When you failed to follow direction, the GM made a judgment call to physically distance you from the mechanic you were exploiting-- first by moving you elsewhere within Orgrimmar, and ultimately by removing you to Stormwind.

Gonners, having provided the blue response you requested, I will respectfully ask you that you do not create duplicate threads about this topic. Our responsibility at this point is to ensure we are clear about our stance on this mechanic. This thread (and interaction) provided a valuable opportunity for clarification.
