I cannot log into my character

i cannot log in to my rogue at the same account while the others can be logged. i need help.
it said initiated updated not completed??? i dont understand.

Actually, I believe it's been a bit longer than that, Shadow.

Presuming we are talking about the same character - I see an attempted transfer on 7/3. The last time that character was logged in was 7/4 and this was locked a bit later on 7/4 as suspicious. You wouldn't have had access to that character since.

That was for your protection. You will need to contact Billing on this. I do see you have a petition in, I'm not certain if they'll be able to help from a petition, but you are more than welcome to leave it open for a response.

It can still be quite a challenge to get into the queues, but they are slowly improving.

Remember, they are open 7 days a week. You may wish to try on the weekend.
