Am I in the clear on this/what should I do?

A few minutes ago I saw someone selling one of the X-52 Rocket mounts in trade. Now, since getting said mount is the second reward after the free month, and the price he was asking was well worth it for the month, I went ahead and talked to him. I told him I was (I think understandably) concerned about a scam, and he offered to do the recruit first before I paid. I sent the recruit, he did so, and after I had my free month/rocket I traded him his asking price. To begin with, I'd assumed he was either a scammer (which obviously at this point he wasn't), or someone using a friend's account or the like to get some gold to start out with. I had my month, he had his starter gold, all was well. Unfortunately, this exchange followed (reprinted verbatim):

[Guy] welcome to getting me more buyers haha
[Me] what do you want all the extra accounts for?
[Guy] i am working for a gold sell company
[Me IRL] ...crap.

I have never purchased gold, and never intended to. I'm well aware of their normal methods of acquiring the gold they sell, and in fact that knowledge is part of why I'd never even considered that this guy could be working with one (admittedly, the english wasn't perfect, but it was a good deal better than your average gold seller and that's hardly unusual in trade). I'm concerned that my account could be flagged for it since I traded a fairly large chunk of gold to him, especially since I received a (wrongful and long-since reversed) permaban around a year ago for it (I'd made a ton of cash off the neutral AH selling pets, a number of other people had the same issue). Is there anything I can/should do? I haven't redeemed the rocket yet, and the free month won't hit for some weeks - if those need to be reversed, fair enough.

(if Blizzard folks need to confirm any elements here, it was at around 6:50 server time on this character. As of this writing, he's still spamming trade. He had me sent the recruit to REMOVED - mod can still read, and the char name is REMOVED)

Well thank you for coming forward, Durability.

If possible, I'd like you to contact our Billing department to get the RAF benefits sorted out - it's far better if you contact them first.

I won't belabor what has already been said here about avoiding this activity.
