Inappropriate behavior on realm

I am a very happy person with your games, i love all your games. Starcraft, Diablo, wow, etc.
But i have a major complaint that you need to take into consideration, and to all your new players that are joining 'this' server..
I have a character on a PVP Server, and a RP server
When i join a RP server, i stumbled into a situation that was very inappropriate. Hopefully i speak for all WOW players.
And as a Customer i wish for this problem to be solved, so when my little boys play they don't stumble into this and learn bad things for their age.

This is something very bad. Very wrong, and need's attention!
