Recruit a Friend fail

I received a Recruit-a-Friend link (two of them, actually :/ ) from a friend, activated that account, then loaded WoW and BC retail keys to upgrade the account and a 2-month prepaid card. The account does not seem to be linked to my friend's account and I'm most definitely not getting triple experience, nor did she get the rocket mount she should've gotten. What can I do to get this fixed?

The account you are posting from is not linked through Recruit-A-Friend, Ännorax. Do you by chance know the character name and realm of the player who sent you the Recruit-A-Friend invitation? I will gladly take a look into this matter for you. :)
