Character Recustomization Question

Hello I was briefly thinking about sex changing one of my alts,which I have done before but the answer has slipped my mind. Also before I asked the question I checked the FAQ dedicated to character recustomiation,and I did not see a single thing about quests being effected.

The question is does sex changing or (recustomizing) effect my characters quest log? I dont believe it does but it would be nice to have a confirmation.
