Faction Change Mail Error

i have been trying to faction this character all day today..... whenever i try the error pops up and says that i have mail or mail en route..... i have been checking for the last few hours and i have no auctions.....BLIZZARD please fix this and take my money.

I'd be happy to help you along with this issue, however I am unable to find a character named Cearbear on Stormreaver. Has he recently changed realms, or undergone a name change?

That's quite an operation there, Cearbear!!! Your mail has been cleared, and you should be able to initiate the Faction Change it roughly ten minutes.

As for the yelling, I simply meant the ALL CAPS in the title. :0)
