I am sorry, Plytor, but from what I can see there is no evidence of a malicious compromise of your account. That is what I can see at first glance. Now that doesn't mean someone didn't access your account but it simply doesn't look like your traditional compromise.

I know you are aware of our policies but I have to ask, have you shared your account information with anyone else? Or has anyone had access to your system, perhaps while you were logged in you stepped out of the room for awhile.

That is the more likely scenario that I see. Please submit another petition though providing what information you can though and someone will take another look.

Update:

Actually, I was curious so I decided to do a bit more digging. I don't generally because it is rather time consuming but I wanted to see what may have happened.

I can provide a fairly good rundown of events. It would give you a good idea of why the Game Master responded the way they did.

Perhaps not an entire rundown, but how about some scenes from the end of the movie.

The ring was recently placed on the Auction House by an alternate character on this account for a buyout of 12000 gold. The gold taken from your characters was consolidated then mailed back to your characters 3300 gold each.

Curious, isn't it?
