Why is there no in game support

i spend good money to play this game i buy lots of stuff why cant i get a hold of the blizzard employs,3 days no ingame help called passed 3 days no ones home

Txdeath, I understand that when requesting help it would be great if a response can be provided quickly. That is certainly our goal but please understand that your subscription does not guarantee a specific response time. In-Game Support replies when it can based on the number of requests that are currently in queue.

From what I can see you currently have two petitions in. One is 1 day 20 hours old and the other is 1 day 2 hours old.

The first, being a mail issue. Please understand though, once you send an item by mail it effectively becomes that persons. There are certain conditions in which we may be able to help, your request will be reviewed.

The second petition is regarding a quest. The quest you are inquiring about is intended for players who still have Marks of Honor from the various Battlegrounds.

I'm not certain what the secondary comment regarding spells that don't work are. Perhaps you can provide more information in your petition so we can understand your inquiry.

Queue times are currently around 2 days, Vandette, it sounds like something must have happened to the ticket icon. I am very sorry for any inconvenience or confusion that was caused.

Edit: It looks like your petition was addressed and an in-game response icon was supposed to replace the icon you had.

Basically, the Game Master thanked you for your report and let you know that they will look into it.
