Name Lookup Request

Hi, I'm trying to find out if a name I had on a character was sniped by someone else or if it's stuck in some limbo. Basically, I had a character transferred off Mal"Ganis, then later returned, but the original name was gone.

The name I had was Celestyn. Is it possible to check if it's taken on Mal'Ganis by someone else, or if there's an issue preventing the name from being used again? I'm not asking for who took it, just if it is taken. Thanks.
