So I decided to sub to the official WoW magazine. The first time I tried it it says there was an error and asked me to go thru the process again. I did it all again and afterwards I received two separate receipts for two separate one year subscriptions.
I immediately send a detailed information with reference numbers to the customer service e-mail listed. Got an "Out of the Office" reply. I then send thesame e-mail to the addy provided inside of the "Out of the Office" reply I received.
That was a week ago. I had no replies at all from anyone and the two charges are still on my credit card.
Any idea about what I can do ? There does not seem to be any phone contact numbers listed.
