Trial Account Upgraded, or so I thought...

Ok, I think I made a mistake when paying for a subscription for my account. I have 2 days left of the 10 day trial, but I got sick of my limitations, so I decided to go ahead and buy 3 months. Payment went through smoothly and everything, but when I log in I discover I have 2 "accounts" on the client. WOW1 and WOW2.

WOW1 has my trial main and alt. WOW2 is empty.
I log into WOW1 and go to the Ogrimmar AH to gear up only to discover that "trial accounts cannot bid". >_>
Apparently WOW2 is the only "account" affected by the upgrade, and my trial accounts are stuck without benefit.

Is there a way to transfer my characters over? Or will they automatically switch over once the trial ends in 2 days?

Q u o t e:
That's normal that you have WoW1 and WoW2. When your Trial Account expires, you should have your Level 14 character there waiting there on WoW2. It's normal that you have both accounts. :D

Sorry, Daatt - this is absolutely incorrect.

It is NOT normal at all - this indicates the OP actually established two accounts instead of upgrading the first.

Billing should be able to assist with this.
