BLIZZARD OR ADMINS PLEASE HELP!!!! URGENT!!!

Hey guys when I was in a dungeon it just disconnected me on my druid Mektros so I tried to get back on it and when the dungeon loaded back up again the screen would go to black and say there is a character already with this name. Please Help!!!!

^^ This (and above). This is exactly what causes this, the character is still in the world. They normally time out in 10-15 mins max on their own and this self-resolves.
