It looks like you may have been a little click happy, Unload.

You should have a total of three accounts tied to your Battle.net account. You have WOW1, WOW2, and WOW3.

WOW1, is a trial account.
WOW2, created about a minute later, is the Recruit a Friend trial account.
WOW3, created the a little over a day later, is a standard account.

WOW3 is not linked with the Recruit a Friend system.

WOW3 was upgraded to a full standard account using the online upgrade feature. You would have received two warnings while you were making the purchase but unfortunately many people miss them. The warnings state that though leveling restrictions will be lifted immediately many of the other trial restrictions will remain on the account until the purchase is fully processed. This takes no more than 72 hours.

Now if you want your account to be linked to the person that invited you, Unload, I'm afraid you will need to contact our Billing and Account Services department. They are open for another hour and change so please give them a call.
