I recieved an in-game mail today from a leve 12 rogue offering me a Cataclysm. Being the super sleuth I am I automatically knew this was fake. I put in a petition with is name and what was happening. How long are que times, I hope a GM is assigned to search for hack in progress tickets, I'm sure this dude doesn't want his account to get hammerd too hard.
The ticket was on Hamms on Sisters of Elune.

Thanks

Excellent point, I've never explored my mail box that much, and I'll remember that next time.

That will usually serve to send a report up for review and ignore the account for the duration of your play session.

It looks like your petition was already addressed though. Thank you, Hamms.

Thanks Vrak, do responses to tickets not generate an email anymore? I've recieved none on this.

Not usually. Our petitioning system changed a bit several months ago. You should have an icon on your screen with the Game Masters response.

It should now say: “You have received a ticket response. Click here to read it.” I'm looking at the response now and it is just thanking you for the report and let you know that the case has been forwarded to our Investigations team.

More on the changes to the petitioning system can be found in the following post.

Thank you, I don't submit many petitions and I think back when I used to, we would get one in our inbox in game and one in the email, too. Cheers.

We're trying not to spam our players if we can help it. :D /Cheers
