Right, I'm not certain where you are going with this, Adiaror. Your request needs to be processed, it is in queue for that to happen.

I understand this is a frustrating situation but those who moderate this forum are unable to process this request for you or move you ahead of others who are awaiting assistance.

We get the fact that we verified what happened during the apparent compromise, Adiaror, and that we provided some restoration on it. That is not the issue here.

What you are not understanding is that the account was locked to ensure the person who regains access is the registered user. To that end you were sent an e-mail with instructions on how to check your computer's security and make sure you were secure and to e-mail back a specific set of information when that has been done.

That is what needs to be processed, and that has nothing whatsoever to do with your compromise investigation except to say that because the account was compromised in the way it was it proved necessary to take additional steps to keep the account secure.

I believe I also asked you not to send additional e-mails, which you have already done. I understand that you want the account unlocked, Adiaror, but spamming us with e-mails will not accomplish that task any faster. It may even complicate the matter and require additional verification in order to unlock your account.
