Petition not answered after 10 days.

i have had a ticket in regarding an incident in a riad for 10 days now and i'm still waiting for a response. I have emailed you. no response. i have tried phoning. can't get thru. how do i get this resolved if i can't contact anyone from blizz?

I have seen a few of these lately where it appears that the matter was escalated and then a response was sent shortly after.

I am very sorry for the confusion, Oilcanharry, it appears that the Game Master who addressed the petition did respond. The icon on your should have changed and let you review the response given. Basically they thanked you for the report and let you know that they will look into the matter and take what actions were appropriate for any violations found.

Please note that in most cases the Master Looter has full rights to assign loot to whomever they wish. Only when clear looting rules are laid out may we be able to intervene. It looks like you have a second petition open, replacing the first, you are welcome to leave that open and our In-Game Support department will check again.
