Constant phish scams

day after day i keep getting constant phishing scam e-mails to my old e-mail address wich mainly about your account has been suspended you hve been invited to th beta test thing and stuff like that so i jst forward to hacks@blizzard.com then delete the mail i know how to tell whats fake and whats legit main way is they are going to an old e-mail address i used to open my account originally and hve since changed my e-mail address linked to this my account and no1 has the address it's used only for wow and i'm not convinced an authenticator is that good cos my old guild had an astonishing 5ppl hacked in 2 wks and all had an authenticator

Ummm, no.

I'd need to verify that - that is NOT at all common, very hard to do and the number of confirmed man in the middle attacks we've had to date is minuscule. Unless they all had the same virus, which is possible I suppose, this is just highly unlikely.

Far more common are players claiming to have an authenticator - and not.

We keep a record of it yes, but that wouldn't be on the account presently. We also have no connection with those emails, so I'm not quite following here.

Any of those - no matter where they go can be forwarded to hacks. Actually, it just so happens you get them and play WoW. They send those out to millions daily, many have never had an account.
