Can't play this character

I tried to buy a race change yesterday, but didn't have the money for it on my prepaid card. No biggie... I'll buy a card with enough money on it later in the week.

But today, can't play him, it says, when I try to enter the game "You cannot log in until the character update process you initiated is complete"

I dunno what to do

It seems there may have been an issue with the payment being accepted, Pengrendal. In order to remedy the situation you will need to access the Race Change Transactions Page here:

https://www.worldofwarcraft.com/account/race-change-transactions.html

Here you will be prompted to use another method of payment to complete the Race Change or you may cancel the transaction altogether. If you decide to cancel the Race Change, no funds will be collected.
