Account Transfer Problem

Hi. Last night i created a new WoW account and upgraded it all the way to WOTLK. I created this under the name of 'John Smith' a very common name because i wanted to use RealID without my real-id showing.

I had worked all day getting some heirloom items on my other account for my new character. I was just about to transfer a character from my other account to my new one, however i didn't know they had to have the same name. I have paid both accounts with the same credit card, i would have the same IP address and can 100% confirm they are both mine in any way needed.

Will this get approved? because i didn't know there were these strict requirements. Thanks

Your only real option is to call Billing, lay this out for them and see if they have a solution.

Note: If they DO have a solution, it will be to put it into your real name after sufficient proof you are indeed the original registered user.
