Trying to Server Transfer, Mail Issue

Hello CSF,

I am currently trying to server transfer and I keep getting the error message that there is mail (inbound or read) sitting in my in-game box.

I've checked the mailbox and deleted everything as well as deleted all of my quests. The problem still exists.

Are there any known fixes for this issue, or is this something only Blizz can help with?
