Stuck character, can't ticket in-game.

A guildie and I were going to run MC tonight (not this char, on Zoquara)... He popped up a mole machine, I ported in to BRD, and disconnected. I've tried several times to log back in, and get about half-connected (I can have Real-ID conversations), and have to run a ways from the port-in point, or try shapeshifting to make myself DC. I've tried 3 times now to open a ticket about this from the character I'm posting on, and I DC every time. I've had this issue in the past, thought it was a problem with my internet. That problem has been fixed, and in between the incidents, I have deleted my WTF/Cache/Interface folders. I've tried logging in w/ no mods, and still have this issue. I have ran the repair utility. I'm willing to admit it MAY be a problem on my end, but this has ONLY happened with BRD. (Also had it happen on my other druid, same acct, Lumi - Nordrassil US) and I have problems with other chars staying connected after the BRD issue.
