Faction Change Problem

Characer: GoozieAD306E
Server: Tanaris
From Horde(Blood Elf) to Alliance.

Transaction: MOGPJI

I Transfered this character from Borean Tundra, to Tanaris. That's why the name is like that the original name on Borean was "Goozie". I keep getting the message "You cannot log in until the character update process you initiated is complete." I haven't received any email of my character being locked or anything. So I am unsure as to why there isn't any option to Faction Change.

Have you actually logged into that character yet?

With multiple transactions, that step can help prevent complications.

Possibly, they could also still be in process.

Do you have an option in Account Management to cancel the second one?

If you can - I would, and wait for the first to process through. Log in, then process the second.

If by morning this hasn't unlocked - or if you have no option to cancel, you may wish to consult with our Billing department on this one.

That would be my recommendation, yes. This may still be in processing.
