As long as both accounts are linked to 1 bnet account can you transfer your character to the other wow account that is also in the same bnet account??

As long as other transfer criteria are met - yes. For instance, one criteria is you can only transfer between like levels of expansions - or forward, not backwards.

There are also criteria on gold on an account and levels of characters.

Well, the trials should be available through Account Management if it's an option for your particular account.

You could also submit an ingame petition or email [email protected] asking those to be dissolved.

You could also contact our Billing department to see if they could give you a very brief period, say a day, to log in and take care of such matters.
