Authenticator trouble. Dire need to log in.

Hello.
I'm posting on my second account, due to the fact that my first one has trouble logging in, in that i reach a screen asking for my authenticator code. I have never set up an authenticator code on the account, and I only am logging on for the first time in months today, to do a character transfer from that account to the one i am posting on.
Obviously, i believe i have been hacked, due to the fact that i never set this code up myself, and i very much need to log on to this account briefly for a character transfer.
I understand calling billing is a notable choice, but the chance it will not be fully queued is low, in fact, i still haven't gotten through the last couple times I have tried.
If I can get any help looking up, and removing the code on my account, it's greatly appreciated.

I am sorry, Mournic, unfortunately we are unable to provide assistance with this issue through the CS forum. In addition to calling I highly recommend that you send an e-mail or webform. They usually keep on the look out for these cases and if they are able to identify that the Authenticator was placed on the account maliciously, they should be able to help.

Luckily placing an Authenticator on an account requires confirmation. So unless they have access to both your e-mail and Battle.net account passwords, this should no longer be an issue once this one is removed.
