Mailbox Bug - Can't Transfer

I have been trying to Faction transfer for several hours, and the battle.net website keeps coming up with " An error has occurred on this page A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox. "
I do not have any mail in my mailbox, and there is none incoming.

You should be set, Wonderbard. For your other request you will need to wait until a Game Master can review your petition.

That's ok, Ladayen, those of us who moderate this forum aren't technically considered Game Masters, so you were correct. :)
