Mailbox woes - Blue Tracker

So I've been having an issue for a good few days now with my ingame mailbox on this character. I reported an ingame mail for phishing (nasty beggars) and any mail that was in my mailbox prior to that is now stuck. As in when I go to delete them I get the error Internal Mail Database Error.

So I disable all my addons and try again, and still get the error. I delete the 3 folders and the virtual cache....thingy, and still get the error. I sent a ticket in and they've sent me in the direction or tech support, who I get the feeling will tell me to ask a GM to delete mails.

Has anyone else had this issue, and how did they fix it? :P It's nothing gamebreaking, but it means after a few mails from the AH and my new shiny JC skill sales, it fills up. ^_^

I'd be happy to look into this for you, Mileena - but at the moment with Uther under 24 hour maintenance those records are unavailable.

If you'd like to revisit this tomorrow sometime once the realm returns, we can certainly try to see what's up.

Well, I thought this was going to be simple - but you have a considerable amount of mail, Mileena.

If you could let us know exactly which ones you'd like deleted, it would be helpful. I see quite a few AH items.

Better yet, if you could possible clear everything ELSE out and let us know the rest is good to get rid of, that may work best.

I certainly don't want to delete anything you want or need.
