I got hacked Then account permanently closed

I got a wow trail last week then i decided i wanted to play again so i got a mate to use refer a friend, i then played that account up till level 65 but today when i went to log on, it said i was banned permanently.

i am now writing on my trail account bound to the same battle net account as my banned account As i went to log in to this forum to get help, my main character was greyed out (my level 65 shaman) and i was unable to post, i figured sure thats because i'm banned but there where also two new character made that i NEVER made, So i'm sure i got hacked, i right away downloaded a lot of anti virus stuff and cleaned my com and found a few virus's. The new characters where:

Ninadesrwp lvl 1 blade's edge
oprahdesvui lvl 1 bloodscalp

I KNOW ive been hacked i just bought this account and upgraded to burning crusade, my account probably been used to move gold or something. i just want to get my account back, i sent an email to blizzard, but i have done that before and experience tells me there either never going to reply or take 2 months... any help anyone can provide will be much appreciated
