Please GM Delete the mail my mailbox I cant c

I've been wanting to get a faction transfer on this character but I keep on getting an error "A character cannot change factions while there is mail in their mailbox or en route to their mailbox. " with no mail displaying in my mailbox, and no icon displaying.

I really need my faction please before tomorrow thank you.
