"error retrieving character list

i recently was ahcked, lost all my items/gold, and then got them back. But now after the problem is fixed it wil not let me sign in to a WoW character on the hacked realm.. a error comes up saying "Error retrieving character list" and when i click ok, i cant see my characters on the list! please tell me how to fix this cause im dying to raid :).

This looks to have been resolved, there were indeed more than 10 characters on the realm - and that will cause this.

I am terribly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
