Character locked

Hi, i filed a harassment complaint on another player and my characters been locked for 4 days now, im just wondering when my character is going to be unlocked and playable again.

Please don't use a character to post here that's name has been deemed inappropriate ingame.

If you are taking about your Tauren DK, this looks like a race change was requested on 8/11, but errored out.

Billing would be the best place to ask what happened here and get assistance on sorting it all out.
