I'm sorry, Psiloscybin, but Pahanda is correct, accounts are never deleted due to inactivity.

The account name you appear to have listed does not exist. My only guess is that you are spelling it incorrectly.

And i tried contacting billing they didnt do anything.

That is a bit vague. What do you mean they didn't do anything. Do you mean that you gave them the same information and they were unable to confirm the previous existence of the account you are looking for?

Do you recall the name and realm of a character that was on the account? Something more to go on may prove useful.

yes sir

Well. I was able to find the account in question, odd that I was unable to find it originally but looking it up by character it appeared.

Unfortunately the name on the account you are posting on and the one you are inquiring about do not match. Not by first or last name or in fact any of the information on the account.

If you are certain that this account is yours and you can verify that you are the registered user on the account you'll need to give that information to our Billing and Account Services department. You can call them directly here:

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 7AM-8PM (PST/PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

Though you will likely need to send in a the following form so to save time you may want to just start there.

http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=26361

I would make note on the form that the account could not be found originally and list the character name/realm.

ugh.... neither she or i are going to remember the info on the other account... this is rediculous. and i chose random things on this account not my real stuff cuz i dont trust it. so now i have no way of proving my 71 priest belongs to me.. just dandy

Dude, that is one of the reasons that being an adult is necessary when creating an account. You may at times be required to verify your identity, which is difficult to do with fictional information.

Now, if this is your account, and you have all the necessary information about it, outside of an ID, our Billing department may be able to help.

Your Mother, if that is who is registered to the original account can use the form I already linked to recover the other account.

alright you know what.. im a minor. and screw this whole idea forget the account im done . i guess im not gettin it bcak cuz im not filling out a stupid form and waiting 10 years for blizzard to get to it.

It takes very little time in the long run if you actually fill out the form and send the appropriate information. Now the only reason most people react this way is if it turns out that the account was actually not registered to them or their parent and they wouldn't be able to verify the information. They think that if they stomp around in a huff that we'll ignore the policies that we have in place and give you access to something that you are unwilling or unable to verify you should have.

That isn't to say that you are making things up, Psiloscybin, but you did include the correct account name in your original post, if the original account is in your Mother's name she should be able to remember that and be able to verify who she is.

As we seem to not be getting anywhere I'll be locking this thread. Good luck.
