Ticket open for slightly over 2 weeks

Just curious if a GM could look into it whenever they get some spare time... I opened a GDKP scamming ticket on my druid on Blackrock on the 29th of July, and it went from "We are currently experiencing a high volume of petitions," to "Your Ticket will be serviced soon," back to "We are currently experiencing a high volume of petitions." Should I just abandon and re-open it? Just wondering if it became bugged in the queue, as I've seen some of those around lately.

I seem to be coming across a few of these lately. I'll take a look, Rossovich, odds are the petition was actually already addressed and the icon on your screen was meant to change and have a response.

I'll check it out though and make sure.

Indeed, that is what it looks like happened. I am very sorry for the confusion that this may have caused, Rossovich. The response you should have received would have thanked you for the report and let you know that we would investigate the matter and take appropriate actions.

Furthermore, it should have stated that we will be unable to reveal the outcome of the investigation and that any restoration as a result of the alleged scam is not guaranteed but you would be contacted if such restoration was found to be possible.
