Finally got the e-mail for the Account Recovery form. Yet this part gets me, "The email address used to contact us is not registered to the account in question. Due to privacy and security constraints, we are only able to discuss account matters via the registered email address."

Yet the recovery form needs me to put the same Email adress/account name.

If someone has changed that - or you no longer have access to the registered email, it can be better to contact Billing and see if they can help you regain control of the account over the phone.

That's not always possible, but sometimes it is. If it's not - they can give you further instructions on what is necessary.
