New toon--no hearthstone

I just rolled a new dwarf shaman, and--unlike all the other characters I've rolled in beta, this one started without a hearthstone in her bag. This may be intentional, but I thought I'd note it here in case it is some kind of glitch. I'm assuming when I get to an innkeeper, I'll be able to get one from them, so it shouldn't be a problem. Also, maybe I should note--this is the first new character I've rolled where I rolled one without signing in right away (just created the toon without entering the game), came back the next day to sign her in for the first time. Probably has nothing to do with it, but since it's the first toon I've started in this manner--as well as the first one to start without a hearthstone in her bags--thought it worth mentioning.
