Recruit a Friend: Error

Hello, i sent a Recruit a Friend summon via email to my little brother.. we then followed the instructions by that email, set up his account with the code provided, upgraded to standard account, and added a subscription. Well, the account is still as a trial (for the 10days) - which is okay, but we are currently not gaining ANY recruit a friend bonuses (summon, xp, ect). I have read all of the Recruit a Friend pages on your website, support forums, everything... none of it was any help. I have done a Recruit a Friend before, and i set it up the EXACT same way and there were no issues at all. In-game GM just refered me to support pages (that didnt help)

I can see where you sent a Recruit-A-Friend invitation to your brother, but it appears as though the invitation was not used.

Are you both in game currently? If so I need for you to both exit the game completely, not just logout. When both of you have exited the game let me know.

You both can log back into the game.

To earn triple experience, both characters need to be in the same group, within 3 levels of each other, and lower than level 60. Both members will gain 3XP if monsters are not "gray" when killed and quests are not "gray" to each member when the quest is turned in.

Please be sure you at least meet the above requirements and let me know if you see a difference.
