Hello. I live in the UK and play on US servers. I'd like to know what number I need to ring from the UK to speak to the Billing Department as I have an issue with my sons account.

He is a minor and when I logged into his battle.net account to add a subscription i found that his account has been banned.

He is obviously very upset at this as his account was fine when his last subscription ran out in June this year.

I've checked his email and there is nothing from you guys to explain what has happened. He said he hasn't seen anything from blizzard at all in his mail so I guess his email is compromised.

I sent an email to [email protected] from my own email explaining the situation but as yet have not recieved a reply.

So I have a few questions.
Will AccountAdmin deal with me or do they have to deal with my son? Our email addresses are different and we have seperate battle.net accounts.

Is it possible to merge his wow account into my battle.net account to ensure that this problem doesn't happen again. I have tried the 'Merge Account'' option but as he has a battle.net account already I was unsuccesful. If so how do I go about this?

Lastly, why was his account banned in the first place. He assures me he hasn't broken any of the rules ingame or on the forums and I believe him. He's generally a good kid, but obviously if he has, I'd like to know so i can punish him appropriately ;)

His main character is Cathnar-Icecrown.

Thanks for your time and many thanks in advance for any help.

Since you are located in the UK and play on the NA realms, the phone number you would need to contact is (949) 955-0283. Keep in mind, long distance charges will apply in this case.

Account Administration did receive your email and sent instructions to your sons email address early this morning. The email provides details as to how to recover the account.

Typically if an account has been merged into a Battle.net account it cannot be transferred to another Battle.net account. In this case you will need to contact Account Services to discuss the situation directly.

While I cannot provide specific details as to the status of your sons account, I feel confident in saying that he did not break any rules in this case, that he may have been a victim of compromise.
