Account Hacked, still no response

1 Week ago I sent a in-game ticket through a trial account to hopefully get my orginial account restored/recovered. A GM answered about 10 mins later saying that they would investigate and would take around 3 days, and that they would send a e-mail. So far I have heard nothing and havent gotten an e-mail yet. My stolen account is now Farming Kharazan trash. I just want to know how much longer it might take.

Can you give us a character name/realm on the account in question?

No, they aren't farming anything because we locked this for you when you reported it.

It's still locked and waiting on verification from you that you have tended to the security of your system and email account and it's safe to turn it back over.

Some restoration work has actually already been done, we just need to hear from you to unlock this.

Did you find the source of this? That's vital to prevent a recurrence. If they CAN still get in, they WILL be back.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
