As a new user to the forums, I would like to know which forums are appropriate to the subject. One of the biggest issues that I have noticed in the last day is in regards to a user posting information about a gold spammer. He stated that his posting had been removed twice, and then was told to move the subject to the suggestions forum. From what I have read from other posts from other users and GM's, this forum is about players helping other players with in-game issues and has no correlation with this particular thread at all. In one of the particular responses, it was stated that this subject does not belong in the forum but yet in the recent posts, another user brings up the issue about Gold Spamming. I don't want to get into trouble, I just want to know where exactly the line between appropriate and inappropriate lies.

That player not only editorialized quite a bit, but was making a suggestion about web-sites.

We have zero control over websites, we actually do NOT own the internet :)

We have a sticky at the top of this forum that covers our forum code of conduct. It's really not a hard set of rules to abide by :)

Since you seem to be in the same location, you might want to ask your "friend" how many times he was warned and posts locked and given information on how to properly proceed if he had a suggestion.
