Free trial added without permission

Why did I have a free trial added to my BNET account without permission? I go to check my games on bnet and there is now a 10-day free trial added to my games I never clicked or did anything remotely possible on my side to added to my account. Get this thing off my account. No I'm not sitting in Customer service que for this, I just sat on hold last month for nearly two hours (great service when they did finally answer the phone though).

Not sure exactly who or how this was made, but it was done 8/10/2010 at 12:21 AM - GMT.
